Senior Project Manager

About the Role

As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee multiple construction sites, coordinating between our field teams, community stakeholders, and structural engineers to deliver impactful projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project lifecycles from initiation to community handover.
• Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and schedules.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Manage and mentor junior field engineers and supervisors.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within the construction sector.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
