TAWAH hands over drawing plans for new Kisarawe girls Secondary School to the Minister of State in TAMISEMI

On behalf of the TAWAH team, TAWAH Chairperson Dr. Victoria Heilman handed over the proposed master plan drawing for the Kisarawe girls Secondary School to the Minister of State in the President’s Office Regional Administration and Local Government (TAMISEMI) Mr. Seleman Said Jafo in Kisarawe on 4 May 2019. This event was witnessed by the Regional Commissioner for the coast region, Eng. Evarist Ndikilo (second right), Kisarawe District Commissioner, Ms. Jokate Mwegelo (first left), and chairperson of the Tanzania Institute of Engineers Women’s Chapter, Eng. Mkufu Shaban (second left). The construction for the Kisarawe girls Secondary School is expected to start in May 2019. TAWAH school design moto is to create ideal, inclusive and sustainable learning spaces for girls in Kisarawe.
